How to Redeem Coupons

When you're ready to redeem your coupon discount, click the Checkout button on the Shopping Cart page to access the Shipping & Billing page (where you enter your Shipping information). Look for the section titled RCG Bucks, Coupons, & Gift Certificate Redemption. See image below.

Enter your coupon (RCG bucks or gift certificate) in the Coupon field. Make sure that all letters are lower case with no spaces.

Click the Apply button beside the field, and your discount will be applied to your shopping cart.

Note: If your order total is less than 75.00 after the discount is applied, a $7.50 shipping fee will be added to your order (excludes Chamilia jewelry orders).

This may occur if your subtotal is over $75.00 prior to applying the discount, but after the discount is applied, your total is less than $75.00. We will manually add a $7.50 shiping fee after your order is placed.
