• What are Your Shipping Fees?

We try to ship your packages to you no matter where you're located! However, we do have specific pricing based on your location. Refer to the following:

 

Shipments to the Continental U.S. :

Orders $65.00 or Less	$7.50 Anywhere within the Continental U.S. Receive a Coupon for $7.50 Off Your Next Order!
Orders Over $65.00	FREE! Anywhere within the Continental U.S.
Chamilia Jewelry Only	FREE! All Orders Containing Only Chamilia Jewelry are Free, no matter what the order total!   Chamilia Shipping Details: Orders Less than $40.00: Ship via USPS 1st Class Mail Orders from $40.00 - 69.99: Ship via USPS Priority Mail Orders $70.00 or More: Ship via Federal Express
Overnight Express	$25.00 Fee (further charges may apply)   We can ship your products to you overnight via Federal Express or United States Postal Service Express Mail. An automatic $25.00 shipping fee is applied at checkout, however, depending on the shipment destination, there may be further charges based on the carrier cost. We will contact you if the charge is over our minimum $25.00 shipping fee. In order to qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be sent to only one address.

 

Shipment tracking numbers are supplied for ALL orders and will be included in your order status email when your order ships.

 

International Shipments:

 

We can ship any of our products to you that weigh less than 3 pounds, such as our Annaleece jewelry lines, some Willow Tree, Beanpod soybeads, Gift Books & Bookmarks and other small, lightweight produts. Refer to the following for more information:

Here are a few guidelines to help you in determining whether we can ship your items to you:

 

We can ship any item(s) internationally that weigh less than 3 pounds. This would include any items within our Annaleece jewelry line, as well as Willow Tree, and a variety of other lines that are light weight. To learn if your items qualify for International shipping, click the Live Assistance button at the top of any page to chat with us online. Sorry, our Beanpod jar candles cannot be shipped internationally due to weight and fragility.

 

In order to qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be sent to only one address.

 

Shipment tracking numbers for Priority Mail and Federal Express will be provided to you via email when your order ships.

 

If you are charged a shipping fee and your order is over $65.00, we will manually remove the shipping fee from your order totals. This may occur if you have Chamilia products in your shopping cart along with other products from our website.

 

• I Accidentally Entered a Wrong Shipping Address. How Do I Correct This?

Please email us immediately at support@rockcreekgifts.com! You can also click the Live Assistance button at the top of any RCG web page. We ship your products very quickly - usually within one business day. We cannot correct a shipping address after the order has already been shipped.

 

 

• What is Your Return Policy?

If an item arrives broken, or we shipped you the incorrect item, we will replace it, or offer you a store credit. Please email us immediately to let us know of any merchandise problems. Please keep all of the packaging material. If the broken or incorrectly shipped item needs to be returned, we will pay for the item to be returned to us. We will provide you with postage and mailing information. Please do not return any items until you receive authorization from us. We will not pay for shipping unless you have prior approval.

 

If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for a refund of the merchandise cost (return shipping costs cannot be refunded, and a restocking fee will be applied). A restocking fee of either 10% of your order, or $7.50 will be charged, whichever is greater. We will refund the merchandise costs for any unused items returned in like new condition with the original packaging within 30 days (all Chamilia items must be returned within 14 days) of the purchase date. We refund to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. Our products are high-quality, so this should seldom be an issue. Make sure you pack your items well so they do not break during transit. We only accept returns for purchases made from www.rockcreekgifts.com. Please supply the order number and the purchaser's name in your return package so that we can verify proof of purchase, and refund the appropriate credit card.

 

• Can I Cancel an Order?

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Please email us immediately at support@rockcreekgifts.com to cancel your order. You can also click the Live Assistance button to chat with a RCG Customer Servcie Representative. We ship within 24 business hours. • How Do I Contact You if I Have Questions?

You can click the Live Assistance button at the top of any RCG web page to chat online securely with a RCG Customer Service Representative. To learn more, visit our Live Assistance page. You can also email us with your questions or comments at support@rockcreekgifts.com. We prefer to resolve most questions and issues via email to minimize consumer costs, however if you would like us to call you, please provide us with your contact information and we will return your call as soon as possible.

 

• How Quickly Do You Ship Orders?

Your orders are important to us. Whether your sending a birthday gift, a christmas present, or just a few things for yourself, we want to ensure that your items arrive at their destination in the shortest amount of time. That's why we created the Shipping Guarantee. We guarantee your order will ship within 24 business hours, or your shipping fee is free! We even strive to ship our orders the same day they are received!

 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping guarantees apply to in-stock items only. You will be notified within 24 business hours if the items you have purchased are out of stock. If there are questions or issues concerning your order that require your response, the 24 business hour shipping guarantee may not apply.

 

• I Do Not Live in the U.S. Can I Order From You?

If you live outside the continental U.S., we may be able to ship items to you depending on the weight and quantity of items you order. Because shipping costs can vary, please contact us via email, or click the Live Assistance button at the top of any page.

 

 

• What Methods of Shipping Do You Offer?

We offer standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class, and FedEx to areas within the continental U.S.

We can expedite shipping if needed. You can request quicker shipping methods in the Comments section at checkout. If the shipping charge is greater than the amount charged for standard shipping (this includes free shipping which is only available on standard shipping),we will notify you of the total shipping amount, and if approved, add the additional cost of shipping to your order.

• When Will My Order Ship?

Your orders are important to us. • Do You Ship to Post Office Boxes?

Yes, for purchases of $58.99 or less. For purchases over this amount, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for further information. Delivery to P.O. boxes must be through the U.S. mail.

• How Do I Track My Order?

Shipment tracking is provided on all orders that ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. To track your shipment, click the tracking number link provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. The details of your order appear in a new page. Find the Tracking field and click the Tracking link provided. The current location of your shipment will be provided via the FedEx or USPS web site.

• What if I Refuse to Accept a Shipment?

Shipments that are refused will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If you refuse an order that included free shipping, you will be charged $7.50 for freight, plus the 15% re-stocking fee.

 

• Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax only applies to Virginia residents. All other states are tax-free.
