Shipment tracking numbers are supplied for ALL orders and are provided to you in your Order Shipment email notification. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order and track your package by signing into your account from our website. Just click the My Account link at the top of any Rock Creek Gifts web page.

Shipment tracking numbers for Priority Mail and Federal Express will be provided to you via email when your order ships. If you have an account with Rock Creek Gifts, you can check your order status at any time by clicking the My Account link at the top of any RCG web page.
If you created an account with us, you can edit your shipping and billing information as long as your order has not been sent to the Shipping Department for processing. Just sign into your account by clicking the My Account link at the top of any Rock Creek Gifts web page.
You can also contact us by clicking in the Live Help button at the top of any Rock Creek Gifts web page, or use our Contact Us page. We ship your products very quickly - usually within one business day. We cannot correct a shipping address after the order has already been shipped.
If an item arrives broken, or we shipped you the incorrect item, we will replace it, or offer you a store credit. Please email us immediately to let us know of any merchandise problems. Please keep all of the packaging material. If the broken or incorrectly shipped item needs to be returned, we will pay for the item to be returned to us. We will provide you with postage and mailing information. Please do not return any items until you receive authorization from us. We will not pay for shipping unless you have prior approval.
If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for a refund of the merchandise cost (return shipping costs cannot be refunded, and a restocking fee will be applied). A restocking fee of either 10% of your order, or $7.99 will be charged, whichever is greater. We will refund the merchandise costs for any unused items returned in like new condition with the original packaging within 30 days (all Chamilia items must be returned within 14 days) of the purchase date. We refund to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. Our products are high-quality, so this should seldom be an issue. Make sure you pack your items well so they do not break during transit. We only accept returns for purchases made from www.rockcreekgifts.com. Please supply the order number and the purchaser's name in your return package so that we can verify proof of purchase, and refund the appropriate credit card.
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact us at our Contact Us page to cancel your order. We prefer to resolve most questions and issues via email to minimize consumer costs, however if you would like us to call you, please provide us with your contact information and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Whether your sending a birthday gift, a christmas present, or just a few things for yourself, we want to ensure that your items arrive at their destination in the shortest amount of time. We try our best to ship your order within 24 business hours, and sometimes the same day your order is placed!
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our 24 hour shipping applies to in-stock items only. You will be notified if the items you have purchased are out of stock. If there are questions or issues concerning your order that require your response, then 24 business hour shipping may not apply. Please note that during the busy holiday season from Thanksgiving to Christmas, our orders increase dramatically and we may not always be able to ship your order within the 24 hour period during this time. However, we make every attempt to ensure that you receive your package within the number of days you requested on your order.
If you live outside the continental U.S., we may be able to ship items to you depending on the weight and quantity of items you order. Because shipping costs can vary, please contact us, or click the Live Help button at the top of any page.
Please note: Any additional delivery fees such as customs fees are the responsiblity of the buyer. Customs fees vary widely from one country to another, so please check with your customs officials before purchasing if you are unsure of the fees.
We offer standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class, and FedEx to areas within the continental U.S.
We can expedite shipping if you need your items sooner by clicking the Show Me Shipping Choices button below the Choose Your Shipping Method section at checkout. You can request quicker shipping methods in the Comments section at checkout. If the shipping charge is greater than the amount charged for standard shipping (this includes free shipping which is only available on standard shipping),we will notify you of the total shipping amount, and if approved, add the additional cost of shipping to your order.

We make every effort to ship your gifts within 24 business hours, however during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), we receive high volumes of orders. Due to this busy time, we cannot always guarantee your order will be shipped within 24 business hours, but we will guarantee your order will ship within 72 business hours.
Yes! Delivery to P.O. boxes must be through the U.S. mail, and cannot be delivered via Federal Express.
Shipment tracking is provided on all orders that ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. If you have an RCG account, you can log in using the My Account link at the top of any Rock Creek Gifts.com web page to view tracking information. If you do not have an account with us, you can use the tracking number link included in your shipment confirmation email. Once you have your tracking number, you can visit the appropriate shipping carrier website (Fedex.com or USPS.com) to track your package.
Shipments that are refused will be subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. If you refuse an order that included free shipping, you will be charged $7.99 for freight, plus the $25.00 restocking fee.
If you enter a gift message in the Gift Message field at checkout, or if the Ship To name is different from the Bill To name, we will treat your shipment as a gift.
Each gift we ship is covered with seasonal-colored gift tissue, and topped with your gift message if provided. We also include a packing slip underneath the gift tissue, which does not include pricing information.
Sales tax only applies to Virginia residents. All other states are tax-free.
Because our in-stock items ship within 24 business hours, our system is automatically set up to charge your order total when your order is placed. If you are purchasing preorder items (items that have not yet been released from the manufacturer), you can request that your card be credited and not be charged until the time your item or items ship. Many of our customers prefer to keep their preorder items charged so that they aren't surprised with a charge later on when the preorder items arrive. Please contact us to have your preorder items credited. We will promptly credit your card on file and not charge you for these preorder items until your items ship.
If your order totals $100.00 or more, we may require an indirect signature for your package at no additional cost to you. Retrieving an indirect signature ensures that someone in your household or a neighbor is made aware of the package and has this package in their possession for safe keeping. We provide this extra service because we want to make sure that you recieve the items you've paid for, and that those items are not left outside in inclement weather, or in view of passers-by.
If you prefer to have your package delivered without a signature, please note that neither Rock Creek Gifts or the carrier can be held responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the destination. To request a non-signature for your package if it has not already shipped, either enter your request in the Comments section at checkout when you place your order, or reply to your order confirmation email. You can also click the Live Help button at the top of any Rock Creek Gifts.com web page to chat online or leave an email message. We cannot alter the signature request if your order has already shipped.
