Threaded Beads
Chamilia threaded beads are beads that thread onto the bracelet, and are all beads that are not locks, spacers or glass beads. This added threading inside the bead provides better protection against the loss of a bead, although lock beads are highly recommended.

Lock Beads
Chamilia lock beads are designed to hold your beads in place, and are most often added at either end of your beads or bracelet. Lock beads are versatile, and can be place anywhere on your bracelet to create new designs and accentuate bead movement. Find all our Chamilia lock beads on our Lock Beads page.
Note that Chamilia bangle bracelets come with stoppers, which act as lock beads but are mechanically different. If you purchase a non-bangle style bracelet, such as a silver snap, lobster claw or clasp, we strongly recommend that you purchase lock beads so that your beads do not fall off your bracelet when it is open.

Spacer Beads
